3rd Quarter Commentary

The first half of 2016 has not, as usual, turned out as most pundits envisioned.  Most notable, the Federal Reserve has remained on the sidelines and interest rates, widely viewed as too low as the year began, have traded lower throughout 2016. Due to the highly unexpected results out of the United Kingdom’s referendum to leave the European Union, interest rates reached record lows at the end of 2q16.
